Erm, yes, they do. A lot of them are my friends. Hee hee. I probably would too if i had any money left after paying the cleaners.
The cranialwotnot sounds rather nice, but I wouldn't fork out for a 'difficult conversation'. Am quite capable of having one of those without having to pay.
It's all a load of hogwash, though, innit. There's only one thing worth doing, and that's primal integrated breathing. Now that really does work . . . . . . . really, really, really . . . . .

Bloody ell, that's a good idea! It can get very loud and scary. My husband warned the neighbours, and he's never even heard it - i only do it when he's out - and now one side are moving out.
pops you make me laugh right out loud. now i can imagine this poor woman standing outside a door in your house where you're doing this BREATHING and wondering if she should call the police! then i see her running for her life up the path and into the sunset. x
